Payment:

* Liv Sarvis Photography requires a 30% retainer to book your session. The remainder will be due 1 week before your session. You can also pay in full if you wish. I accept (Cash, Apple pay, Venmo.)  Invoices will be sent via email. 
* Online galleries, blog posts and social media sneak peeks will not be posted until all payments are made. 
* If you arrive late to a session in will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. 
* Mini sessions are offered at a low rate because I photograph all sessions with a tight schedule. If you are late for your time slot, I will use the remainder of the time to try and capture the best images. If you are so late that you miss your session time, your payment is forfeited and you can not reschedule. 
* Contract prices will not be changed upon signing of contractual agreement(s).

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

* Liv Sarvis Photography reserves the right to reschedule any session or projection meeting due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee. 
* Once a portrait session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by Liv Sarvis Photography up to and through that point.
* Clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait session with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee. 
* If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, you may pay a cancellation fee of $50.
* Rescheduling or canceling of your session’s date within 72 hours may incur additional fees and you will not receive a refund of your sitting fee deposit

Image Delivery:

* Liv Sarvis Photography strives to have your portraits ready to view and order within 2-4 weeks after your session. However, due to the level of attention I provide to your images, your wait may be longer. I appreciate your patience. 
* Once your gallery is finished you’ll be getting a email from Liv Sarvis Photography and you’ll be able to download all pictures from there. (Check spam mail just incase you don’t see it.)

Image Usage:

* Liv Sarvis Photography cannot guarantee the results or quality of prints made by clients or by clients' chosen labs. For consistent, quality results made to last a lifetime, please purchase your prints directly from Liv Sarvis photography.     
* Please back up all digital copies of your photographs. We recommend an external hard drive or flash drive. 
* Liv Sarvis Photography will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session, and 4 months from the date of your projection meeting or client gallery. All print orders made by you or family members should be placed during this period.

Copyright:

* All images are copyrighted by Liv Sarvis  Photography. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or at any other photo processing site, downloading from our website, using images as a screensaver or desktop background, uploading images to websites, putting images on photo products, making your own announcements/invitations, etc. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. As an Artist, I wish to maintain complete control over the print quality, finishes, and presentation of the images and any reproduction outside of our studio may lower the quality of the image. Thank you for respecting my work and livelihood by choosing not to reproduce images. Liv Sarvis  Photography reserves the right to use any image for display, publication, or other purposes.
